I’m telling you, doomsday cult is the way to do it and do it right. Hot chicks get moved to the front of the line. Hot trust fund chicks in front of them. Then you can sprinkle in some trust fund dudes for their cash...just make it clear in your cult manifesto that those dudes can’t mess with the chicks. This all would be very, very easy to do. People these days aren’t very bright but they’ve proven to be very gullible.

Some years back there was a "small" place in west Texas that I dreamt about a lot. Seem to remember that it was about 112,000 acres.

So....you’d move to Southern California?

I’d move next to WAWI and buy a really nice stereo playing “The eyes of Texas” 24/7.

I wouldn't move anywhere, I would relocate with the weather. But I would like to poop in a street once and not be afraid of getting arrested.

If you could expedite that, that would be great.

I'd buy property somewhere that I don't have to pay property taxes.

I would blow it in a month or two then be back at work. I am very good at mismanaging money.

That's enough money to buy Paul Allan's yachts Octopus, but you'd probably need $1 billion to actually operate it for more than a few years. I'm not sure though, I'd look into it.

Is that the one between Seymour and Vernon Stan Kroenke bought or the one out north of Amarillo T-Boone was selling, I can’t remember how many acres T-Boone’s was but that was a sweet place. I was thinking the Waggoner was quite a bit bigger than that.
