I replaced mine myself. It is not very difficult to do. I used Cypress 2 X 4s. Hope this wood will last for the life of the trailer.

Have not replaced my boards on my 2012 Cougar (yet).

My trailer is a 2005 the boat is a PIV.

fish yep did my BC trailer bunks myself, this summer. Mine is for 95 p2.There were 4 bunks[ 2 short&2 longer] If memory is correct, the short ones arel less than 5 1/2 w. didnt take too long. You can order quality carpet from C. E. Smith. or go to Bass pro.

I checked their prices, quite a lot more than marinecarpeting.com, is this CE Smith carpet thicker like the basscat carpet. The one I've used in the past is the same pile rating as skeeter carpet which is good enough for me on bunks, I would call it mid grade thickness.
