Bought me some Arctic Armor a couple years ago but still don't have a decent pair of hoof covers.

Let's have some suggestions please.

Don't know if they still even make them or not, but I bought a pair of Redhead "Bone Dry Goretex" boots probably 10 years ago and they have been incredible. Comfortable, not too heavy that I feel clumsy, and very warm and dry. Had them out in the snow down in Austin Sunday for hours and with just cotton socks my feet never got even a hint of cold. Very good in the rain as well.

I have had a pair of Merrill boots that are going on 5 years and still pretty much look and work as good as when I bought them through all of my fishing, working around the yard and they are so comfortable that I wear them everyday to work during the cold weather.

I use the lightest pair of pull on's I can find.
Right now I'm wearing a pair that had cracked at the sole so I cut the soles off--- works like a parka. I like it so well when these give up I'm cutting the soles out of a new pair.

xtra tuf deck boots have been awesome. Really comfortable, dry, and warm. when it gets really cold I just throw on a pair of wool socks.

If you want truly fully water proof, go with anything from Muck. I have 2 versions of their 3/4 pull ons. One that is insulated for cold weather and 1 that is more of a lighter rubber shell for warmer weather. Both are absolutely 100% waterproof. I also own several different types of Merrill's and while they are awesome hiking or ranch boots, they are not completely waterproof in a torrential downpour.

Had the same Sorels for 15yrs and wouldn’t consider any other when I need warm, or warm and dry. Liner pops out to wash.

These are great, I have the chore boots. Add some wading socks and sock liners and I'm good to go all day. Really glad you have em if have to get into a little bit of water at the ramp
