I picked apart the remaining pieces on a Costco rotisserie chicken from Sunday... Yay...... And two Miller Lites.

Pot roast with mashed potatoes and green beans. Second time I've had it this week (Sunday, too)....but it's easy to throw in the crockpot.

Made their Jambalaya a few weeks ago with sausage and shrimp. Very good!

Well, why didn't you have that? I don't know wth cottage pie is, but it doesn't sound like BBQ.
