Wife cooked roasted brussel sprouts tonight. She says the recipe says they're suppose to look this way. I say they're burned. What says the OTm [Linked Image]

Man, cook to charred like that drizzled with a little olive oil. When you pull em off the heat drizzle some decent balsamic vinegar on them. The BV flavor mixed with the slight char is outstanding!

This^^^^is my favorite way to roast them. Outer leaves will have a slight crunch and inside will be soft. Taste great this way!
