That's not the memo I got from the city I do business in but I cant speak to the details of the elective stuff as that's not my circus or my monkey. The bars will drop like flies if they havent switched their permits to food. Restaurants are on life support and much more will be the end to bunches of them. The health department literally just called me 15 minutes ago to follow up on my positive COVID test from 11/7. Guess I officially get added to the recovered numbers now. They did state they are urging people to not test again shortly after they recover unless they feel like they have it again or were exposed via close contact per the reccomendations of the CDC. They do not want people retesting within a few weeks of recovery.
