Ribeye looks perfect, Moto. All I could scrape up was Turkey added to macaroni and cheese casserole left over from Thanksgiving. Still have ham left over. May have to do Ham and Spam cutlets tomorrow night.  That sounds pretty tasty amigo

I did a smoked deer stew on my pit boss on Saturday. I learned some lessons and it will better next time, but damn it was good. I would buy another in a heart beat.

That cheeseburger mac with some Louisiana.......shiiiiiii  you gotta try the chili mac with hot turkey sausage instead of hamburger meat, add a shake or two of cayenne red pepper

Fired up the Pitboss tonight since I'm solo. Put a little ribeye on. I cheated and use the probe. Was looking for medium but almost got medium well. Still working on that sear fellas. Meat, veggies,, a few carbs....the perfect meal.
