Something else to think about; I had a Bass Tracker 3 years ago when we first moved into Dallas area and the wind blew that boat around a lot. Fishing by myself those waves would toss me where I had to sit down and hold on! I always wear my life vest. Now went to a Champion and don't worry about wind. A fiberglass boat is heavier than a aluminum and safer in my opinion when fishing alone. If you do look at a Bass Tracker, not much has changed over the years on them so you could get a 2003 with a 4 stroke for much less than a brand new one. Good luck and this forum is great for information to help you.
The only difference between a little girls scream and a warrior's battle cry is the direction your'e running!
