Only 2 anglers in the top 12 have a 2 day limit. Tough is an understatement. Yep. Ol’ Lew is showing its true colors. Keith should have 2 limits but he said for some reason they measured it short but it went on his exact same board. So it cost him the fish and a pound penalty. Said they only would pinch the tail and no swipe. I saw quite a few of these penalties mentioned yesterday on the weigh in feed and was surprised.

Very proud of all the locals fishing it this year, the ones that advanced to the top 12 championship and the ones that didn’t.
I hope a local takes, they are all out there giving it all they got.

Hackney has the lead most likely going off his pics of his catches today I can't believe he found good fish where he is. He is a flipping magician I think a lot of these guys show up and not have preconcieved ideas and just go fishing. He likely doesn't know there is not supposed to be good fish there. Bad part is that area will now get pounded even worse....  It looked crowded in the picture catches. Never been on the west side very far, is it possible to "RUN" up there, or is he risking a lower unit? That's an assumption, by the way. I have no Idea where that bridge is, and it doesn't look like The Colony.

I lost a 3 something at the boat that would have put me top 20 co side. Fished with Brian Clark and hope he moves up again tomorrow. Rooting for all the locals.

So if Christie also qualifies through the eastern opens next week does he get to pick and choose which division he qualifies from, whats the tiebreaker if say he finishes first in both?
