Him and Shipe used to dominate Lewisville, Grapevine and those area lakes on a regular basis...

He’s been doing it out there for many years, no doubt. Look at the standings. It sure helps put things in perspective as to how hard the fishing was for most of them. Some very recognizable names both on a local and national level had a very tough go of it.

Scott Martin = 0
Todd Castledine = 3 lb 14 oz
Andrew Upshaw = 1 lb 8 oz
Bradley Hallman = 6 lb 3 oz

Sounds like Lewisville is continuing the fall suck!

Very impressive day for Brandon....
I wonder if he sore mouthed all his fish this week.

I don’t see a local winning this honestly. I’ll be shocked if so

It was fishing super tough last Friday. My buddy and I are kayak anglers. Humbly I will say we are both good bass fisherman. We had no bites.

Week before (so two weeks ago) I had about 13 pounds in 4 hours. Something changed and it got tough.

Those numbers are impressive by the leaders there! But I also see tons of zeros. Feast or famine.

I’ve fished three opens. A local won every one of them.

I would be surprised if a local did not win it, good luck to all the locals. thumb
