Common problem on the F-150. I have had my 2018 get oil leaks 4 times due to the service guys breaking the gasket on the drain plug. Twice from the dealer and twice from Drivers Edge. They need to pull the drain plug, replace the tiny gasket that goes around the plug, then refill your oil.

What does the dipstick tell you? My guess is they stripped the threads on the drain plug. They refuse to start it by hand before using the power tool to tighten it.

I bet it the drain plug also either the washer or threads , they should change it for sure but I would watch them do it if it was me or as said before do it yourself.

I had the same issue because of Jiffy lube. They cracked the oil plug housing on my 2007 Ford F-150. Took it back to them and they said it was not their fault. Said it was like that when I brought it in. Funny, it wasn't leaking when I brought it in! They wouldn't fix it. I haven't darkened their door since. That was 2009.

Those places are the worst to get oil change, they mess things up, and they are expensive. I go to those places for state inspection only, that is it, I will never let them work on my vehicles.

It's one of 3 things... either drain plug nylon gasket is cracked, stripped or oil filter. The old oil filter gasket may have stuck and they didn't realize when replacing with new.

That doesn’t look like clean oil. I think they screwed you coming and going.

Have not read all replies but they may have stripped the threads on your oil pan. I have had that happen on 2 vehicles and had to pay to have a new oil pan on one of them. On the other just used a different 2 piece type of drain plug.

Looks like he skipped all of them.
