I assume I need to buy a fly tying kit, I was looking at one on Cabela’s, $49. Does that sound right. Also what is a double AA Vise ?

Chas1 give Zach Church, Pepop, or Chris a holler on the phone I'm sure they would be more than happy to help you out with some of these jig tying questions.

Take a look at Limits Tackle...Gonzz on here will hook you up! I currently get all of my tying materials from Limts Tackle. Good quality stuff thats easy on the pocketbook. He offers feathers, chenille skeins, threads, jig heads, tools and lots more!
Katchin krappie...doin surgeries(filleting)...and givin hott grease baths until krunchy and golden brown is what it's all about!!!

I like to use J-Mac Lures! If they don't have what you want they will order it. Fast turn around and great prices. Barlows is also good.

Give www.woodsandwateroutdoors.com a look. He has been tying my jigs for years. They are now selling tying supplies and have some really cool chenniles and feathers. Also selling jig heads, powder paint and some starter tying kits. The website just went active this week.
