Watching the body language and facial expressions of the players, it appears there is a lot of apathy on the field. No leadership on either side of the ball that holds teammates accountable in their performance.

The O Line made the offense successful, nobody is left. The whole organization doesn't appear to be in sync on a direction.

Yep. This exercise while fun is a waste of time. It’s Jerry as the #1 and nothing else really matters as he influences all. Until he changes nothing will. But let’s go on another 25 years trying to guess. I’m fine with that.

Coaches don't fumble, throw interceptions, block or tackle. Players are mentally weak.

But coaches select the players, create the game plan and are responsible fir in game adjustments.

I can handle the defense lacking takent but now after 6 weeks we have seen zero improvement at all from them.

And even with a whole new staff. You’re 100% correct that the players are soft. It’s like UT, coaches change but the culture is the same. I think the common denominator in Austin and in Dallas is I have a Longhorn on my helmet and I have a Star on my helmet, therefore I don’t have to work for anything, everything is given to me because I’m ENTITLED!! That’s the main problem, sense of entitlement. IMO.
