Joey Diaz used to take dumps in the shower until his wife caught him and called him out on it. He would just use his foot to mash it down the drain. His thinking was it was efficient/hygienic because then he was in the shower to get extra clean.  He talked about it at length on the Joe Rogan podcast. I don't think I can link to that one without end up on the WOS.

Just make sure you don't turn off the shower prematurely, you need to let it run a little while after peeing to get it all of the way through the P-Trap....no pun intended.
