Dallas cowboys players and fans have mistaken likeability with leadership.....Dak needs to stop worrying about being popular and start being the DOG or this team will never win big.
These are still Garrett players with Garrett approach. That's my take.
Aldon Smith come back player of the year if he keeps going!

Safety play is also bad... secondary is decimated, but Safety is just a problem period...I don't see a way forward without going to get help
