Lets all take a deep breath from either the rioters unlawful burning/smoke or the lawful smoke from our pits. We ALL make mistakes. Some prove to be fatal though (like hanging with the wrong crowd...ahem). However, after confessing in the "Real Smokers Only" thread to having inadvertently smoked my Labrador Retrievers tennis ball in my smoker, I decided to pose a challenge to the OT to ID this item I also inadvertently smoked while in the process of smoking the meat I actually wanted to smoke.
