if you ever need a mortgage, refi, give him a call. He worked us out a great deal even with me having some medical debt. He was also able to close the deal in about 20-25days. Now we get to move into our new house tomorrow.

Terrible experience here. I would never recommend him. I'm surprised. We did our first permanent loan closing with him (converted the construction loan to permanent) - then did a refi a few years later. And now we are using him for a cash-out refi on our 2nd rental property. All really good experiences. And I tend to be a pain in the a$$ customer, so that's saying something.
