Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Totally inconsistent. The rubber parts are guaranteed to fail if you wear sun screen. I went to buying ones without the rubber. Then could not deal with their customer service any more so I would just throw them away..

Went to Maui Jim’s. They haven’t had any issues.

That’s the real issue. Now that they are owned elsewhere it’s gonna be a pain. I’ve had to contact Luxottica before about some non-sunglasss. They are not easy to work with at all!!
