Don't the president have to declare martial law to send in troops without state approval? Yes, But it is more fun to watch liberals implode Plus, if he does he will be called a warlord, nazi, warmonger, fascist etc...

Why not call in the Marines? Because it is illegal to do so unless the gov of the state in question specifically allows the federal govt to disperse active duty troops in their state. Remember the Natl Guard does not work for the feds, they work for the govs. This goes way back to the founding of the nation where the states had their own miltia and they wanted to protect states rights and not give the fed govt a blank check to rule over them. This is the same reason that the USN and the USMC were not allowed to go ashore in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. There was a battle group less than 100 miles south of LA standing by to assist (I was on one of the ships) but Gov Blanco of LA refused to give permission for the troops to land. I assure you that debacle at the Super Dome would have happened if she had allowed us ashore. some of us spent about a week with loaded trucks waiting to be sent in to unload, would not allow us in so we sat in rest areas or designated parking areas. I found an open space in a truck stop outside baton rouge and sat there. la. gov. blew it big time with katrina response. as for troops, has to be martial law or country under attack from another country for the feds. to send in troops, gov. can ask but all they will get is national guard from other states (president is still over the guard in an emergency, they are not considered active duty though). nov. 4th I think all this chit will change "BIGGLY!".

The left is hoping and praying the marines would be sent in. When it goes south and military kills a bunch of civilians rioting/protesting they get to add that to their narrative. The headlines would read “President dispatches military to murder protesters”. The most messed up part about it all is that 1/3 of America would believe it! I agree with every thing you said, but the 1/3 estimate is probably low!

vigilantes for sure are the answer. Lots of them waiting with baited breath. And they are happy to attack the peaceful protesters as it is too difficult to go after the looters.

It is only going to get worst between now and the elections. The Left and the Democratic Party has this country in a down spend and is going to take total advantage of this. They have a lot more destruction coming. They know once Trump gets reelected he will crack down on them with the Military. Americans need to vote the Democratic's totally out of office. America need the Presidency,Senate, and the House. Loved Trump's speech last night. He nailed it. There could never be a clearer choice. Both parties are totally different. AS for me I am voting Trump and straight Republican.

It was not the 17 year old kid that did it. It was the extra 2000 Federal National Guard that Trump sent in after the request of the Governor who was two days late. Better late than never.
