You do know what religion means ..right? To sit there and look down on people and call them sad and lost souls and such because they don't believe or have more faith in your god(yes your religion) is totally disgusting. You wouldn't give a person 2 seconds of YOUR time if they were to come to you with their beliefs. That's the deal with Christianity, all my life I have had Christians tell me what THEY believe, yet I've never had a single one ask me what I believe with any real interest.

For all of you that think the Lord doesn't care if you win a tournament or not, lets put this into an earthly scenario. You are a dad and your son is on a baseball team. His team is in the playoffs. Your son is up to bat and he hits a winning home run. So based on your comments, you as a dad watching over your son, don't care that he won the game. That is not important to you. You have more important things on your mind. Your only concern is that no one on either team got hurt and everyone had a good time.

You don't know anything about me and your assumptions about me are totally incorrect. And again, I never mentioned anything about Religion, something that is man made. You mentioned religions, not me. I only spoke of a belief in God. I NEVER said anything about any religion. Like I said before , learn to read correctly before you comment. BTW belief in God is very different than a belief in a Religion. Religions are man made based on their perspective or their interpretation of scripture or where ever else they get their belief from, so Spencer you have no idea what you are talking about.

Based on your comments I can totally understand why no one has ever asked you what you believe. Why would they want to after talking to you.

So how do you know what your god wants of you? Where did you get the idea of this personal god, did it just come to you in your head or did you read it in some sort of book? Did you just create this God all for yourself? Where can all these people you talk down to go to find out everything you know? ..you know, so that you won't think they're sad or lost souls. What if it's a different god than yours? Is it ok if it's a different god? If not, why not? To say you don't or haven't gotten your ideas from a religion is total BS!!

And yes, I doubt people would want to talk to me about religion, after-all who wants to talk to a person who just called them out. Also, if you don't want people to make assumptions about you then don't do what you do.

There is only one God and I believe in Him and have faith in Him.

Spencer I will tell you about me so you don't have to make up assumptions. I am the kind of person that will stop on the side of the road and help someone that has a flat tire. I have the right tools to get the job done quickly so they can be on their way again. I have done that many times. From time to time I will go into a grocery store and look for who I think could use some help the most and I will hand them $100 to pay for their groceries. I have paid for the groceries for the person in line behind me numerous times just to help out. The lady that cuts my hair has a 10 year old son that loves to fish all the time and would love to be a pro some day, but she has other children and funds are limited. I gave him two new Lews reels and Dobyns rods and a large yellow Bass Pro Shop bag full of soft plastics just because he is wanting to get started and has so much enthusiasm for the sport of fishing. I help people whenever i can, that is who I am and I get satisfaction out of doing so. I grew up on a farm and know what hard work will accomplish. I am not rich, I wasn't handed anything and I work for every dime I get but If I see an opportunity to help someone I will. That is how I was raised.

Tspence, theres plenty of people that would be willing to tell you about God, the one true God. I can recommend a few things to check out and you can form your own idea. Actually just check out "I dont have enough faith to be an atheist"
