I didn’t spend $70k, but I bought a new boat in 2018, it’s paid for. Those that feel compelled to knock expensive bass boats are typically the ones who only wish they could afford one. And no, Jersey, flat bill, or white costas here!

Houses are doing the same thing. I looked at a house that was listed for $400.000 and it was worth about $200,000

Junk baits - I couldn't agree more. Lots of jealous comments. You buy what you can afford. Just because you can't comfortably afford a certain priced boat doesn't make it wrong for another person. I've worked hard for what I have and I don't feel bad for someone who can't afford what I have. Plus I don't envy what other people have and make snide comments about them either. I stay in my lane and enjoy life...other people should try it. Maybe you wouldn't be so miserable and then try to bring others down to your level. SMDH...LOL...what other kids acronyms can I think of.

My buddy at Texoma put his house on the market a couple months ago, he is not lakefront or view, he listed it for 425k, I thought it would bring 275 tops, he got 425, could not believe it.

Nope, I bought my Legend 5 years ago for less than half that (although mine didn't have those fancy electronics), the prices have just inflated crazy.

You can get a fully loaded 21' boat and a 250 brand new for considerably less than $70,000

You bought a 3 year old Alpha 199 for under $22,000? 5 years ago Legend was rocking the house. If you bought it for that someone got screwed...and it wasn't you! LOL. (unless it was a dog). I paid $30,000 for a new Champ in 1997!!
