Hey guys, I've been battling this issue for a couple of years and it's driving me crazy. Randomly the engine will not start. Happens now about every trip. Usually if I wait 5-10 minutes it will start. This weekend it would not after an hour. I trolled back to the ramp, and got it on the trailer and tried it, and it fired right up. Seems to happen more when the weather is very hot. Doesn't happen when the weather is cold.

When I turn the key I get the beep, but it will not turn over. Battery is a new and very strong 31 AGM X2, all connections are clean and tight. I've replaced the key switch, and starter relay. I've ordered a starter solenoid to see if that works, but I'm not confident it will.

Engine: 2011 Pro XS
Serial Number: 1B863281

Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

I've tried that several times when it happens, but no luck. Thanks for the reply.

re-seat the main harness connector at the engine and at the ignition switch. It's a connection surely .

Main Power relay you have 3 relays 2 are for your trim and the other is is your main power relay this turns everything on they are the same relays so you can swap them out and try on different plugs FYI they can be a booger bear to unplug. Also check the 20 amp fuses in fuse holder. Holder sits on the eletrical panel has 6 red wires going to it with a weather cap the fuses get lose and wont make good contact sometimes that harness needs to be relace for that reason. Hope this helps.....OPTI

Thanks for the response OPTI. I did replace that relay a couple of weeks ago. I will check the fuses
