Heck Monsoor ain’t no better. He had his girlfriend prefishing with his during off limits and FLW didn’t do nothing about it. This is confirmed also!! Confirmed by who? I haven't seen anything on bassfan or flw about it

Why is everybody mentioning times they helped tow people in?? lol
He called a tow boat out to come haul him off a sandbar. I think that Monsoor totally took advantage of the situation and gouged him but this is nothing like giving somebody else a tow while you're out fishing.

Well, there's a very lucrative business around this. I ran ashore on the Co River on the AZ side one year heading South. That was a $1500 mistake as it took a monster airboat to pull me off. They ran it through Boat US under my towing and it got rejected. Then I had to battle with the boat captain, insurance, and Boat US. They finally settled it almost a year later.

Surman accepted the price so you assume at the time he thought it was worth it regardless. Maybe Dudley's rant should be with Surman for paying that amount and not Monsoor for charging it. High seas robbery, but didn't have to happen, wasn't a life or death decision.

You are stuck on an oxbow on the Mississippi River and probably takes hours to get service.
That does not take away from the overcharge that was done, IMO.
Looks like the guy is a perv anyway and does not care what he charges. Had to make money for bail.
I am wrong but you can not prove it, you just believe it enough from the bottom of your heart.....

Didn't say it took away from the overcharge, which is robbery. Said he agreed to it when he accepted, so must have been worth it to him AT THE TIME.
