You could line them tin, I did on mine to keep the wood from rotting where I used some old cedar and to be able to use treated wood to build them with. It's a cheaper solution to build a taller bed too.
Is modern treated wood still an issue? I could understand treated wood of decades ago not being acceptable since it was treated with arsenic. Maybe, but I wasn't convinced for growing root vegetables.

Figured not allowing treated wood to be in constant contact with moisture would keep it from warping like crazy. Some of it still pulled

If you use treated wood check the label on the end, not all of it is rated for ground contact

Yep, I'm well aware of that. If you want the best there is, get the Yellawood (brand) ground-contact treated lumber. I forget the specifics of their warranty, but it's quite long. Some, but not all, McCoy's Lumber carry various SKUs of Yellawood.
