Maybe just me, but the couple of times I’ve bought meat in bulk like that I was not happy with what someone else chose for me-

if that's from one of those guys who drives the meat trucks around that always has a special on extras then no.

The only thing in that list worth $4lb is the fajita meat. Everything else can be purchased cheaper.
