Bucees last weekend was $1.39. So I topped off, then went inside and bought $12 worth of junk I didn’t need. Lol. Trap.
Funny.....sort of. I always tell my wife how much I hate Buc-ee’s. Same story: can’t drive past one any time we are on a road trip. Stop to use their clean restrooms and walk out with $50.00 worth the beef jerky, beaver nuggets...I didn’t need. Put a bag of those beaver nuggets in my pantry at home and they will sit there for months. Put an open bag in the my truck on a road trip and I’ll finish them eventually. They are like crack cocaine! I hate Buc-ees!

$1.759 is the cheapest it has been around here. frown

As the oil burners get fewer and fewer the price will continue to skyrocket so you better buy some bulk now and get ready to be probed like an Alien abductee later one! nuts

Chevron also bought Noble a couple weeks back. Mergers mean layoffs. Downstream and associated industries feel the ripple effects too. Alberta is still in a MAJOR slump with companies leaving the province to concentrate on easier to refine oil. We’re in totally uncharted waters here.

Remember most of these oil are a synthetic blend or 100% synthetic... So additional processing leads to cost higher... Dan

Your talking about a product not a commodity, You sell it for what people will buy it for, and makes the company money.
