I grew up fishing Manns Jelly Worms , Black Grape , Scuppernong and Black with a Chartreuse tail . The smell was just an "extra" when using them . Couple years ago , I found them online , directly with Mann's . Ordered up a ton of sizes and colors , still smell the same .

Good question I thought they did, checked their website, only old colors blackberry, black grape, strawberry, watermelon red, and grape left. http://www.antiquefishinglures.com/manns.htm They used to have blueberry, pineapple, peach, apple, lemon, lime, raspberry, marmalade motor oil, scuppernong & white grape. I think they must've been the ones that first started calling those colors watermelon and scuppernong.

Back in the day this is all I needed, day or night fishing. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/07/full-45380-59654-jelly1.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/07/full-45380-59655-jelly3.png)

I fished as a co angler in that tournament and had pre fished out of my boat for three days prior. I was catching 30 a day on a dd 22 . Sure was hoping to draw him as I knew he would be catching them on cranks too.

Unless it’s the smell of napalm, smells like victory.

Cut my teeth throwing a Jelly Worm in the San Diego River and Otay Lake about 45 years ago. Black and red were all I used

Got several packs of Mann’s six and eight inch hard nose on clearance last year Black/red shad color. Great worm with a unique sawtooth/gator tail

I was the luckiest [censored] on the planet..
I was fishing three to five days a week from late 2007 thru 2011 and I tell folks about the way it was in that period and they look at me like I'm crazy..
And honestly, if I did not catch a ten at least every two weeks or so I thought I'd lost my Mojo..
The guides would come in and we'd ask how it went that day and they'd say, "Well we had four or five sevens, two eights and a 9-12, but no big fish..."
WTF?

Had my best 5 fish ever during that period nd they weighed 37.22 lbs .....over a 7 lb average and there was a tournament that weekend where my bag would have barely got me in the top 10...... I think 44lbs won it and 10th place was little over 36lbs.....Falcon was unbelievable during those years.......
