I just bought a new center console boat and want a MinnKota auto deploy trolling motor. Going with a 112 lb/36V until. I have been using Lowrance/Motorguide and really like them but Motorguide doesn’t have the auto deploy. What do y’all recommend for the trolling motor and a graph that will work with it? I fish lots of white bass / hybrids/striper so need good electronics but don’t want to break the bank. I do like the graph networked with the trolling motor.

The Minnkota Ulterra with iPilot LINK and a built-in MEGA Down Imaging transducer would be what most would choose.

Then the Humminbird unit would have to be a unit that is Ethernet capable and has HW CHIRP 2D and MEGA Down Imaging.
Those would be Helix G3N models in the 7", 8", 9", 10" and 12" displays. The 9, 10, and 12 would be the best choice due to a better processor.
Also in the top of the line models, the SOLIX G2 in a 10", 12" and 15" display. Those have a touch screen.

I bought the Minn Kota with the capability but have not networked. The trolling motor is amazing though and I have the capability to upgrade the fish finder later
