That pulled guns to protect their property from protesters/rioters have been served a warrant and their guns seized.

Dang, this is getting ridiculous. I never thought through the process of the nation failing in the way it seems to be going. I have every belief that house would be at least looted had the homeowners not been armed. The gate torn down was the barrier between public and private property. Tearing that gate down was not a minor undertaking, and one could easily extrapolate the next logical step to be breaching the entrance to the home. Now arrested for that? VERY wrong.

They were not protecting anything, and she pointed her pistol at people with her finger on the trigger. And he should be charged with wearing a pink polo shirt.

And you can point a pistol at someone with or without your finger on the trigger and the outcome is the same. It doesn’t go boom until you pull the trigger.

Take a good hard look at what is happening in these liberal democrat controlled cities and states. We are starting to see exactly what a demwit controlled America will look like. I'm afraid we are starting to see what the start of a civil war looks like. Come and take it beto!

They had every right to defend themselves and their property. They also obviously had zero clue about handling firearms. They covered each other several times within just a couple of minutes. Their lack of education and lack of training showed they are not exactly responsible gun owners.
They wouldn't be in this situation if they had used more defensive tactics - that is, kept their weapons in a ready position and stayed put close to the front door, or maybe at the house corners, while issuing short, loud commands for the criminals to leave the property. They should not have engaged unless there was an imminent and specific threat.
Instead they were wandering around out in the yard and yelling arguments back-and-fourth at the crowd while waving their firearms around.
I'm sure they'll be able to articulate in court that they believed they were in danger, and I'm about 95% sure they'll be found not guilty. And they should be found not guilty. But I also believe they brought this on themselves because they did not handle the situation correctly at all.

Two things, they are raging liberals and they have been turned on, the DA in st Louis only prosecutes about 25% of the criminal referrals she gets so it is reasonable to note they are targeted and they are screwed.
