I have a 12" single mount from Cornfield Crappie and it works perfectly. Not too tall, not too short and it is solid as a rock...even in the roughest of water conditions

That’s a really nice setup. How did you attach the RAM mount to the telescoping rod? Any way you could attach a side view photo? Thanks in advance!

so, with these tall mounts, how do the graphs ride when you're plowing across the water?

seems like there's going to be a lot of torque on the post feeding up to the graph.

I have a stow away mount 14 to 21 inches that folds down traveling down the road or moving around on the lake says you can travel with it up but I don’t like doing that

I also went with Stowaway for my graph. In addition to folding it also has a support bracket that sticks out from the tube and keeps that bouncing action off of your bolts during transport. I also like that one because it has a spring catch when you drop it back down to it's lowest height. Well thought out product

I have the Flex mount from Beatdown Outdoors. I like it because it folds down for transport, allows you to raise your graph from 17 to 30 inches and also rotate your graph 360 degrees. This thing is built like a tank and is mounted to the deck with a large steel plate under the deck. I run the lake with it up and have yet to have any issues. Beatdown Outdoors The Flex Mount

Some of these mounts are made solid and can be in the up position when running the lake. However, running on plane with one or two graphs in the up position is not something I will chance in a bass boat. Units block too much forward view. Good way to run into something like another boat or tree.
I use a 15" ram mount on the BassCat. Bottom ball is mounted in the recess area. Raises the graph about 23". Lays down easily with a turn on the handle.

Inverted boat seat base and pedestal. I'm 6ft 2in it hurts to look down at a screen. This is on a telescopic pole can go higher if needed. Less than $100

Very solid can run WOT no prob.

When done 2 pieces completely stowed and out of the way.

I just checked out Cornfield stuff online. Nice stuff but so expensive. Just not necessary IMO. Youtube has some great ideas. If your handy you can save a ton of money. If not you might need some deep pockets or good credit.
