Was there aver any resolution to the problem of the sonar having an orange screen scrolling, downs can and sides can not functioning properly, and no depth?

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I am having the exact same issue with my Hook 9 TS except the side scan will work on one side and not the other, no sonar, no depth.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.
