Storm looked like it slowed down, then got stronger before it made it to San Antonio.

23 years ago today, Jarrell was hit by an F5. WOW was it a popup storm like this headed to Waco?

Jarrell tornado came from the NE to SW in unfavorable conditions. Twenty tornadoes from east of Waco to Lake Travis.

Now looks like San Angelo some headed you way and otw to Brady.

I was in Temple at one of the Wilsonart plants when all of those tornadoes were hitting. Strangest weather I've ever seen. It was raining straight down so hard you couldn't see 50 feet and the air temp was about 95 and the rain was even hot.

YEA, Hop the weather man cometh! had 2 blow thru here, probably 3" of rain in 45 mins. or so and second one dropped some funnels, never made the ground though. more comin.
