One does have to ask what has happened to us? We feel compelled to thank a car salesperson when the deal goes through smoothly. We have come to expect the car/truck buying experience to be only slightly less painful than a root canal job. It is for that reason, among others, that I have probably set foot in a new car dealership for the last time.

Car dealers/owners will eventually come to learn that treating your customers with the disregard/disrespect they have historically will eventually result in people going elsewhere even for items such as trucks.

Never said anything about the process going "smoothly". Had a mojor misunderstanding with another sales person, Monte stepped up and made it right, which, after I cooled my jets, was more than I could ask for. Monte is truly a heck of a guy/busniss person, and has made a lifetime customer out of us!!!!

Poorboy thanks for the kind words. Enjoy your new truck.

Pilothawk thanks for your wisdom? It's a shame that you have had such a hard time with car dealers for that I appologize. Would you please forgive me?

Scagnetti I like to tell people that Moritz actually hired me to fish I just have to come in and sell a few Chevy's in my down time.

Chad your Bow Tie is on the way.

Bristow everybody knows your really de Man!!!
