last order from me, trying to get tracking info has been a major pain in the [censored] and I still have none, shows delivery today on the email confirmation and yet shows this when I pull the order up.

We've P.O.'d the folks in China, so now they are using pedi-cabs WITHOUT Huawei GPS phones to get the product to Hong Kong for shipment.

Can you imagine? All those pedi-cab pullers running all over China with loads of coolers looking for Hong Kong ? ? ?

Hop has a right to be ticked off! I ordered also and if you can't deliver what you promises you shouldn't be in business. If they had a limited amount it should have noted sold out when that quantity was met,pretty simple stuff with most companies.
