I had some keys made at Lowe’s several months ago, the key maker guy was bout my age and we had a nice conversation, then another older store guy joined in and I ended talking and laughing with them for ten mins. There wasn’t anybody else in the store really, it was great.

At Lowe's I hear all kinds of rudeness from customers, lack of knowledge from store help, and also good help from the workers. Friday I was in there and wanted some liners for my tool box drawers. I was looking and a guy asked what he could help with. He took me to them, and then told me where the other ones were that are bigger and cheaper, and showed me those. I thanked him, got two rolls of them and went to the electrical section. I was asked by the electrical guy there what I was looking for. I told him an old work box, and he said he hadn't heard of them so they must not have them. I reached down, got one and showed it to him, he replied with "huh". At the register a woman was giving the cashier the what for because a plant she bought three weeks prior had died in its pot before she had time to plant it. I laughed at that one. Yes, because they can hire experts and highly trained customer service experts for $10-12 hour.

Dealing with people is the worst part of sales. And they are the ones you have to sell to! I got yelled at once for not knowing something was going to be on sale in 4 months.

Yeah it sucks, but you sound like a typical Home Depot hand, no sympathy sorry
call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

The only job I ever had that I absolutely hated was working in the men's dept. of a Monkey Ward store in 1970 for six months. Since then, I have always been extra nice to retail folks.

They think they know it all yet ask for help, then dont like the advice I give them. I simply tell them Walmart is next door. Have a great experience there.
