I've been wondering for a while....anyone on here go to the coast or Louisiana fishing for redfish? I'd love to give it a try sometime. Gotta do some information gathering first.

I pass through the gulf coast area of Lousiana twice a year on way to Florida and keep telling myself to stop and try it out. Its probably the best area in the country for redfish.

I go to Rockport and fish the bays for reds 6-8 times a year. Going in the morning. I go offshore a couple times a year.
You get out of it what you put into it!
