Debit cards are the debil and I encourage everyone to cancel their’s today.
Just set up your credit card to be paid at the end of the month, and it’s just like having a debit card.
Haven’t had a debit card in years.

Credit cards offer WAY more protection in cases of fraud, billing disputes, they help your credit score whilst debit does not, AND can offer some pretty nice rewards! IF you are disciplined and pay them off every month.

They are not the devil people make them out to be. Saying they are bad is kind of like people blaming Anheuser-Busch for making beer because they drank too much.

paypal will reimburse, this is too good tho so I am gonna milk it best I can. can't stand aholes that pull pull this krap, been here, done this twice before for a lot more money.

I'm going to give it a while. I'm pretty sure they'll either cancel the order or it will show up eventually. If I don't see anything either way in maybe another month, I'll just dispute it with the credit card.

I think the most frustrating thing is just that there's no communication. If they're having trouble with orders, fine...they need to send an email. If it's going to be delayed, fine...they need to send an email. Making the consumer attempt to track it down is not good customer service.

Then again, it is Leslie's, so I wasn't expecting much. I went in to one of their stores a few years back looking for a plastic tool to fix something on my mom's pool. The guy told me he could order it for $40 and it would take 2 weeks. When I pointed out I could get it off Amazon for $12 and have it delivered in 2 days, he told me to get out of his store.

Messaged them on FB, off the link posted. Already got a response asking for an order number.

same then facebook took down my 2 posts about leslies and I quit fb for good, third time they have censored me for truthful posts.

Can anyone login to their account to check their order? I try to set up an account with my email address and it says I already have an account. When I use that email address to retrieve my password it says no account exists with that email address. Brilliant people and/or IT work!

the website is a pos, I created an acct. and had to do password recovery the first time I attempted to log in. got on it and still no order info, blank boxes where the info should be.

supposed to get some sort of contact today (per the fb person), if not az ag will get my complaint then paypal will get my refund request.

I logged in this morning. My order is the same status it has been since the 15th...”processing”. I would guess they are just waiting to cancel it without explanation.
