I’ve recently found out that quite a few companies are not insuring bass boats anymore. I had mine brokered through Bob at Worldwide for the past 4 years, but one of their insurance companies dropped off and the quote for my new boat was way higher. Ultimately ended up going with iNet out of Cedar Park.

Too many bass boat guys with multiple claims a year, causing rates to spike and companies to drop out of coverage.

I called lisa also based on your recommendation. She also saved me $225 .

Great news. When my contract was finalized yesterday I actually saved over $400. Went from $1134 with GEICO to $725 with her on my 2019 ZX250 and got more coverage.

I’m paying $631 a year for full agreed upon replacement value ($63,500) of the boat, $5000 trailer, $7,000 personal property, $500 towing, $300,000 liability, $300,000 uninsured boater. Sounds pretty reasonable. The full agreed upon valid is something I’d want for sure. My policy price actually decreased this year. Travelers is who insures mine.

I just wanted to provide feedback to everyone here who helped me in hopes to help you out in the future. I received 5 quotes and based on the cost I am going with Travelers for the things I need/want on my coverage. I am not sure of the name of it but I am getting the coverage where if my boat is lost/stolen/totaled I will receive full coverage price, not what the boat is worth at that time. The below prices are for the year.

Travelers - $621
Bob - $703
Lisa - $823
Seahorse - $846
Chubb - $885
