Sucks big time... all the open ramps on Ray Roberts are State Park managed, and all are closing today at 5pm. No way to launch a boat on the lake until at least 4/30 but they may extend that date. I am hoping and praying our local municipalities dont follow suit and shut down all the lakes.

The pressure non state park fishing and camping is already off the charts.

Damn. That really sucks. Hope they are open by May. I would have thought that would be a great place to practice some social distancing.

I am hoping and praying our local municipalities dont follow suit and shut down all the lakes. Grand Prairie already closed their parks on Joe Pool Lake 2 weeks ago. I thought the state parks were already closed. The City of Dallas is already talking about closing their parks due to people not practicing social distance. I don’t want it to happen, but I understand why they are doing it.

Rangers were ticketing people trying to launch on LBL ramps. That’s just wrong.

Needed to happen. People are using this Stay at Home order as an excuse to go on Vacations.

I love how they say no one is taking social distancing seriously then turn around and say our rates are so low due to good social distancing practices.

I went to the State Parks at 6 when the gates opened and had the whole lake to myself till 7:30 when people got out of bed
