Most of these recommendations are significantly larger than what you're currently fishing. If you like the spark shad size but are having durability issues, I would consider a Reaction Innovations Skinny Dipper. I've caught a lot of nice fish on these. They also double up nicely as swim jig and bladed jig trailers. Lost a large fish on a Skinny Dipper with underspin this evening. Never saw the fish but just hammered the bait and ripped my left hand off the rod so I couldn't get a good set. Had just caught a smaller fish and thought I was ready. Guess not. I've fished the underspin a lot and never had it hit quite this hard. Still pissed. Was using it to fish flooded grass right before sunset trying to pick up the light off the blade.

Been having the best luck throwing weightless with a really slow retrieve. Not scared to go bigger. I throw the Optimum Boom Boom fairly often, but feel like I need to retrieve it fairly quickly to get much action out of it.
I love the action of the spark shad when barely moving it.
Appreciate all the feedback.

Trying to think almost any swimbait soft you can bury the hook is weedless. 100s of options there.
My best this year has been the Berkley grass pig.

Thanks everyone for throwing our name in the mix. We have several weedless options to choose from. If you have any questions feel free to reach out. I wish smashtech would make some 6” and 7” hollow bellys available again!. I could catch several fish on those they were very durable with the side to side action and a nice tail kick. There are some 6" on the website currently and you can also get them from Tackle Warehouse. Thanks! I said hollow belly (not body) you called them head smasher and they are not on your site anymore! I don’t care for any of the hollow body’s. But please let us know if you ever have them again! Thanks for the response!

Have quite a few different swim baits and styles. None i have have quite the action that the Spark Shads do. Caught fish until i tore up my last one. Went threw all of my tackle and tried several different ones, with little success. Then spotted my O-ring tool and started digging my torn up Spark Shads from my garbage on the boat and went back to catching fish. This worked better than superglue.

Consider a Keitech Fat Swing Impact 7.8 with a Beast 10/0 underspin. Keitech fan here, too.

Looks like a good idea.

Optimum Boom Boom hands down! I bet I have at least a couple of hundred of them right now. I make custom weighted hooks out of Owner beast hooks and those things swim like nothing I have ever seen before. I have a underwater video I did with them but cant find it right now. When you get the hook balanced right these things will even swim with their head.
