going with cauliflower. useless. I would have been in clear agreement with you about a year ago. These folks down here though are using it in place of rice, Cajun Keto type stuff. I had some boudin the other day with ground up cauliflower that you could barely tell the difference. Had some gumbo with it too, same deal.

Anyone eat wild poke? It's supposed to be good if prepared correctly. I believe I'll pass unless times get harder than they are now.

Brussels sprouts. Smell so bad cooking I canโt choke them down.
Any kind of greens like collar greens, Turnip greens.
Retirement best job ever.

The mashed cauliflower imitation mashed potatoes are good, otherwise I hate cauliflower.
Squash is gross.
