CDC says that at least 12,000 and could be up to 30,000, based on unreported cases, died of the flu in the US in 2019. Thats out of 327 million people. This virus that the media is BLOWING WAY OUT of proportion has killed +- 4000 out of 7.5-8 billion. So what is the problem? The problem is the f***** media!!!!

There will be multiple cases in every state, some people will die and then it will mutate into something else. The common flu will still be around every year.

The problem is you have no clue what you are talking about. This thing just started. You people vomiting nonsense out of your uneducated mouth are going to wind up making a bad situation worse. I realize my language is strong here, but spreading baseless opinions like this is tantamount to dangerous at this point.

Even the CDC has said that most have such mild symptoms it’s not reported so there is no hard numbers and facts .

Quite frankly I do not think you, him or me realky has a clue at this point of how this is gonna turn out. If you have the answers you might want to contact your local government officials abd let them know how to proceed.

I was in the “this is overblown” camp until I just watched today’s Joe Rogan podcast. Great guest, and now I’m shuffling towards “this could be worse than I thought” camp.

That’s exactly correct. At this point scientist do know how this thing is very likely to turn out. I’d highly encourage everyone to watch that rogan podcast with an actual infectious disease scientist. “This isn’t a tornado watch but a hurricane warning.” It’s not going to kill us all, but this this will continue to double about every four days until enough people are dead or recovered to kill the critical mass it’s already reached.

Not trying to incite panic at all, but telling people it’s a lie created by the media is seriously dangerous.

I really encourage everyone to watch the full episode, there is zero political spin in this thing. But if you are short on time, watch this clip:

Is there a minimum level of education to understand it?

Carry on if you are not in the high risk group and social separation if you are.

If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 do us all a favor and socially isolate yourself immediately...no one-last-trip to the grocery store on the way home.

Reach out to friends and family for shopping and wellness checks. Transfer money to pay for supplies via bank to bank or PayPal. Have them drop the supplies on the porch. If you get bored learn to code.

This too shall pass.
