Couple things, first I misspelled Danny's last name, it's Iles, but as Mark Twain said "I feel sorry for any man that only knows one way to spell a word"
and second, no Live Scope, No 360, simple hard work and dedication to fishing deep....

Can you imagine what it would feel like to be telling the story of how you caught a limit of fish like that. Sounds like it couldn’t have happened to a better couple of guys and someone like Ken who they genuinely didn’t mind sharing their story with.

Really cool interview, thanks for sharing. Good to hear them be pretty open about their tactics. Hero or Zero is a great strategy if you can get a hero every once in a while. :-)

And you can't say enough about that hero or zero, check their results from Bass Champs last two years, 2019, high water, no deep bite:
2-16-19 Toledo - 0 3-10-19 Rayburn - 0 4-16-19 Rayburn - 0 7-13-19 Rayburn - 0
2018 more traditional year 1-20-18 Rayburn - 31.92 (1st) 2-17-18 Toledo - 14.52 (64th) 3-10-18 Rayburn - 13.36 (95th) 5-12-18 Toledo - 15.22 (22nd)
They could catch them shallow if they wanted to, but they know that if they stick with what they do and stay deep, when that happens there are very few that can beat them (especially in January and February). How many of us are willing to fish 100% to our strength all the time?
