John I think the Purple Naga Viper would look great in your front porch pots. They start off a dark purple and transition to a red when they ripe. Beautiful color change. And when door to door salesmen show up. You tell them if they will eat one you will listen to their sales pitch.

I love spicy food and hot peppers...but edible. Are these so hot you really can't eat them? How hot on the scale? I eat habenero sauce regularly so I can take hot, but then there's plain ol stupid hot. Can't do that!

Coyote Zan White is the mildest. It's around 100,000 scoville or less. The rest are around a million plus. At least 10X hotter than a Habenero.

Scotch Bonnet is about the hottest I eat. I am going to grow some that I have listed. I am either going to dehydrate them or preserve them somehow and jar them to put on display. The peppers are really cool looking on super hots.

It is for a good cause. I cant wait to get some in the ground. I don't have a green thumb by any means and I will be seeking advise. The plants themselves will be different than any I have had and am looking forward to the challenge and seeing the end result.
