not old enough to start a probiotics thread and start talking gastrointestinal issues that i no longer have Part of the forum's purpose is to be a gastro and prostate support group. This is true. The OT is also a diagnostic center for those who haven't yet seen a professional.

62 and don't feel it. Way too active too feel it. FYI those that are not in a fitness/exercise program DO IT NOW you wont regret it later on in life... It is not how old we are at the moment IT IS THE QUALITY OF LIFE AT THAT MOMENT..

Well I just thought I was moving up in age. Glad to see men 70-80 years young posting on the forum, we can learn a lot from their wisdom. I’ll be 56 years young in March. Young enough to be some of these men’s son so I’m not getting old!!!

I'll reach the young age of 60 come May. Just made Grandpa status and feeling like 40.
