Check out Brownwood before you finally settle . Nice quite little town and has a very nice lake . Not too far from from Dallas area and not that far from Buchanan or Llano . Just a place to consider .

I live in Kingsland , almost downtown on 10 acres. A 3/4 mile from HEB, Doctor and Bank as the crow flies. Wifey loves it here as everything is close in. If you've thought about Granite Shoals I have almost 1 half acre (4 lots into one) across from Beaver Island on a corner at Lake LBJ. 1907 Lakecrest. Throw a rock and hit the lake and a half Block from the boat ramp. A non used City Park across street for parking your boat and going grabbing a drink or sandwich. Ready to build and level lot. Front of property,, 7 miles into Marble Falls.
