I sprayed dallisgrass killer on my dallisgrass about 5 days ago, its smoking it.  Walked my yard today. Thankfully I have zero Dallis or Crab popping up. My neighbor has a lot. He gave me permission to spray what I want when I want on his since we but up and he will bring over some 30 packs.. Adios MF to his weeds. I mixed up a pump sprayer with dallis grass killer and trimec. It is doing well for a catch all spray.

Itโs coming up on May 15th. What now? Preemergent for summer weeds?
Any suggestions are welcome.
I do enjoy a good Squirt now and then.

I'm a Prodiamine (Barricade) fan. GiveMeA5 in the coupon code gets you $5.00 off. https://www.solutionsstores.com/barricade-granular-herbicideMy second choice would be Dithiopyr. Product like Hi Yield with Dimension or Sunniland sold at Lowes. If any of your neighbors use Tru Green. Look at their bill from when they applied Pre Emerg. They use Barricade.

You're good to go. Hopefully you will get a little of the rain coming to make sure it's watered in good. If we don't get any rain this week apply 1/4-1/2" of water early next week.

If you're going to use Dithiopyr the Sunniland has the highest active ingredient for the best price I can find. Only sold at Lowes.

A good post emergent spray is your best friend now. Honestly I think Iโm a little disappointed in a way. I still have different kinds of weeds popping up but they also quickly die off so Iโm not totally disappointed. Not sure if thatโs standard protocol. Guess I was hoping for weed less. Yard actually looks pretty good. I may break out some spray but Iโm good for now I think..
