Beautiful stuff! It's a fine Texas pattern. A suggestion; tie up several sizes. I've seen days where they turn up their noses if the fly's the wrong size.

I know all about different sizes. In Colorado fishing to winter time fishing to post-spawn browns and pre-spawn rainbows you had better have a selection of midges from #26 to #20. I think I will do this pattern from #10 to #6 and in a few different colors. Warmwater fish seem to be pickier about color as compared to trout that seem to key in more on profile.
