Don’t know why so many people act so surprised or even appalled by “its all about the money”. From the small Mom & Pop bait shop at the lake to the big tackle corporation.....it’s all a business or “about the money”. You really thought either went into business for someone else’s benefit? Where many go wrong is thinking they can “separate church and business”. There actually is a heaven and a hell. Better conduct all areas of our lives with scruples. OK, that’s the “Word of the Day”!

Was the transaction "selfish"? Maybe. Likely. But Profitable.

Was the transaction "illegal"? NOPE.

Nothing at all wrong with what went down.

My mentor once told me to "Do business with your head ... not your heart". Good words to always keep in mind.

Healed by Grace and trying to stay that way

I had a mentor tell me the same thing with the caveat: "Make sure you do business with the correct head or you'll find yourself in over your head."
