My panhandle farm boys are rolling through the 2A D2 playoffs again. I sure hope they make it to State, I'll be home for the first time in 7 months and I'll definitely be at Jerry World to see them.

If Lake Travis does make it to the Championship game they better score every time they get the ball this week. North Shores offense is unreal they had 804 total yards last week, 500 on the ground. They are loaded

After what I saw last year, I wouldn't bet against the Canadians. Although I think their all-state qb graduated? Those boys were coached up as well as any H.S. football team in the state on any level.

At this point in the playoffs anybody can beat anybody. I almost picked Canadian but Gunter has been there before with players who have played more games than most programs. Simply due to year over year deep playoff runs.

Thanks Coach! Beat me to the update. That Pottsboro game was insane! Brock did not attempt a pass in the 1st half and had 209 total yards. Pottsboro had 199 total in the 1st half.

Grandview handled Columbus, 41-21, meets Pottsboro next Thursday for the State Championship

I didn't follow the Pewitt/E. Bernard game but caught the 'post game'. Relative by marriage is HC at E. Bernard.

Gunter game was a good one. Gunter was behind most of the way.
